ABSTRACT
Sintok (Cinnamomum sintoc Bl.) is Lauraceae family that category as endangered species. This species have known as medicinal plant as well as essential oil producer. Because of the potency and extinct in wild, the study of conservation Cinnamomum sintoc Bl are needed. Purwodadi Botanic Garden as Plants Conservation Institution takes responsibility to give information about the potency and cultivated. This article are discuss about common characteristic from genus until species (Cinnamomum sintoc Bl.), the potency as medicinal plant, cosmetic and material, character of seed, type of germination and rehabilitation of forest area as conservation effort.
